Chef Cazlinn Carstens

The woman behind Cazlinn’s Kombuis, is a South African culinary professional who grew up in a popular city called Johannesburg located near the north of South Africa.

Born in 1994, Cazlinn classifies as part of the born-free generation of South Africans born after Apartheid had ended. Cazlinn has always had a deep love for food and continues her journey of becoming a professional chef by launching Cazlinn’s Kombuis, providing access to delicious and authentic South African inspired dishes through various channels and services.

Cazlinn’s experience in cooking a variety of meals and her unique recipes have drawn the attention of many across borders, hence why she was inspired to create this cookbook, to teach others to do the same, whether it be for their family or for their own little business.
