Specializing in hand crafted, affordable meals delivered weekly; we bring a fresh, high quality, and delicious South African culinary experience right to your doorstep.

Our meal prep service starts with a genuine  passion for culture and a healthy lifestyle.  Through a bi-weekly updated menu curated by our very own talented Chef Cazlinn Carstens, clients are able to explore new flavors and nourishing dishes made with love, from scratch with the finest  ingredients.

 How it Works?

Our meals come in packages of 6,12 and 18 and you get to choose up to 5 different dishes. The ordering cutoff is Thursday 5pm EST each week, and all dishes on the menu for that week are freshly prepared and delivered* on Sundays.
